I help successful individuals overcome stress, anxiety, and burn-out so they can thrive at life through a blend of practical goal setting and aligned soul setting.

My Process

 

We’ll start by outlining your current challenges and roadblocks, then map out your desired outcomes, and work together to set clear, concrete, measurable goals. We’ll meet virtually on Zoom across a series of sessions to track efforts and make meaningful progress.

While you might have one specific goal in mind for us to work on, we’ll work together to understand how you (and this goal) are relating to others, to your past, to emotions and thoughts, to your body, and to life itself.

Along the way, I’ll guide you to dive deeper into your inner experience through the use of effective tools including Parts Work, Paradigm Reframing, Personality Patterns, Conflict Resolution, Somatics, Nervous System Regulation, Inner Child Work, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and various healing techniques. 

Together, we’ll create a vision and plan so you can fully realize the life you want.
