I have 15 years’ experience working alongside business leaders and growing companies of all sizes in the technology, advertising, marketing and fashion industries. I have a B.S. from Louisiana State University, am a 250 Hour Registered Yoga & Yoga Sculpt Instructor, and most recently became a Certified Coach and graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute.
After a decade in NYC, I now live in Washington, D.C. As the youngest of three girls, I most enjoy my role as Aunt Mandy to two nephews.
